Andy Perkins is the founder of Asendi and Chief Growth Partner, bringing over 20 years of experience in leading and growing businesses across fast-moving and highly competitive industries. As a business owner himself, Andy has sat on the Leadership & Talent Committee for the Scale-Up Institute and completed the Vistage Executive Coaching Academy programme. This extensive experience fuels his passion for helping small businesses grow more effectively, as he has witnessed first-hand the positive impact they have on communities, families, and the economy.

With a proven track record in running, leading, and scaling businesses, he builds strong and deep relationships with those he works with to support their success. Outside of Asendi, Andy is a true family man, passionately supporting his wife and daughters in pursuing their goals and aspirations. He is also a keen volunteer, supporting local weekly pan-disability football sessions, and can often be found on the sidelines of football pitches, supporting (or running the line for) his daughters in their football endeavours.

Our aim as business growth consultants is to help businesses discover why they want to grow—applying that thinking to growth and serving as a business's anchor.
